Condolence & Memory Journal

Dear Tom, You truly shared a remarkable lady and wonderful family with many of us who were so lucky to have you as a professor while attending Clemson. Once you became friends with Tom, you became friends with Mrs Skelton and their entire family . Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. If your ever down my way in Florida , the key is under the mat and we will leave the porch light on for you . Sincerely , I am , G .G. Galloway

Tom and Ginny have always been the most gracious people. I remember fondly going on antiquing jaunts with Ginny and Jane Eidson. I'm sure they will have a lot to say to each other when they meet in heaven. Ginny has been a great ambassador for Clemson University and the city proper. She will be missed.

Tom, I am so sorry for your loss. I know you have lost a wonderful woman and partner, and I pray that you will find peace and comfort. "In my distress I called upon the LORD; to my God I cried for help. From His temple He heard my voice, and my cry to Him reached His earsHe reached down from on high, He took me; He drew me out of mighty waters." Psalm 18:6

My heartfelt sympathy goes to the entire family. Tom, I know you are saddened by this great loss but we appreciate your sharing Ginny with us as she was certainly a pioneer at Clemson University and a mentor for many women. Thank you for sharing her with all of us over the years. Thinking of all of you.

I remember Mrs. Skelton as my Geometry teacher at Daniel HS. She was an awesome teacher, and I loved her class. I also remember that she was always stylishly dressed...with perfectly coiffed hair. To a teenage girl, that was important. I will always have wonderful memories of her. I pray that the family will be comforted by God's love and care.

It is my sincere prayer that the Skelton Family will experience the peace and comfort of the Holy Spirit in a very special way during this difficult season of mourning and bereavement and beyond.
